Return Policy

You can return your purchases at Geuren Alchemie without question within 14 days of receipt. The purchase amount will be refunded in full within 14 days of receipt of the product(s) once we have satisfied ourselves with their condition.

The returned products should be in as pristine a state as possible and undamaged.

Exception: The Sacred Space T-shirts are especially ordered for you. These T-shirts cannot be returned and no refund can be issued. Please make sure you check the size in the size table.

In the event of breakage or leakage during shipment, you must first contact our customer service by sending an email to service@geurenalchemie.nl or through our Contact page. Our customer service will organise a replacement for the product(s) in question.

Please do not send the package return to sender! It will not come to us directly, but will be left with the delivery company. There is a possibility that the package then becomes lost or returned to you. Please mail your complaint, name and order number to service@geurenalchemie.nl. We aim to respond within 24 working hours.
