Service

Our phone number is listed at various locations on the site. We recommend that you first check the status of your order in Your Account or send us an email. On weekdays we aim to respond within 24 hours to your email. But before you send your email, we request you check the following:

1. Have five working days passed since your purchase (please allow more for international shipments)?

Is this not the case? Please be patient, your order is on its way. Five working days (weekends do not count) is not a mandatory term, but indicative. Usually orders are delivered within five days of purchase (for international shipments this is generally more than 5 days). If delivery within 5 days cannot be made, then we will advise you via email. In Your Account you will find all the information necessary to track your order, 24 hours a day.

2. Have you received a shipping notification?

From the time of shipping (order status: Finished) a target period of 3 (three) working days commences. Under normal circumstances packages arrive within one or two days (more for international shipments). Using the Track & Trace information contained in the “order completed” email and in Your Account, under the specific order, you can track your order. This is faster and easier than calling!

3. Have five days passed without shipping confirmation or any information whatsoever in your account or email?

If five working days have passed and no communication from us (even no update on delays in your inbox and account) then it is possible something has gone wrong. In this instance, please send an email with your name and order number to service@geurenalchemie.nl. Our service team has all the necessary information and we will investigate as a matter of urgency.

All prices on Geuren Alchemie are inclusive of 21% VAT applicable in the Netherlands.

If you have a complaint, you can make this known to us by sending an email to service@geurenalchemie.nl. We will respond within 24 hours to your email and, where possible, propose a solution. We strive hard to ensure complete customer satisfaction and welcome all feedback in this respect.

A fragrance is very personal. We therefore offer you the option to return your purchased Alchemical oil when it does not meet your (fragrance) expectation. You should return the Alchemical oil within 14 days in its original packaging. Pleas note you are required to pay shipping costs for the return. The amount of the original order will be refunded once we are satisfied that the goods are acceptable and in good condition within 14 days upon receipt of the goods having been received by us.

General

Always keep our fragrance oils in a cool, dry and dark place, preferably with an even temperature. Make sure they are not exposed to direct sunlight as their shelf life deteriorates. Geuren Alchemie delivers the Alchemical Oils in dark glass bottles (5ml/0.17oz and 10ml/0.34oz) accompanied by a Sigil which guarantees the Alchemical quality of the oil.

What are Sigils? To understand that we first need to understand what symbols are. A symbol represents something, where a Sigil describes something.

For example: ‘when someone sees a BMW or a Mercedes, then this is associated with a higher class of car, both in terms of quality and prestige. A symbol of a Rolls Royce or Bentley is associated with the elite, a privileged lifestyle and wealth.’

All this is derived from a symbol. The use of Sigils is as good as forgotten. The Sigil describes the quality of a frequency such as for example love. A Sigil describes the exact frequency of the emotion/quality.

Sigils thus not only describe what they represent, but are also a means of communicating with what they represent. For example, the Sigil for love describes the pure quality or frequency of what is meant. It brings in the exact frequency of the emotion.

Miron violet glass is totally different than your average glass bottle.

The problem with other glass colors – like clear, blue, green, and brown – is that they allow enough visible light to pass through to damage the product inside.

But Miron violet glass doesn’t do that. The unique properties of the glass don’t allow any visible light to pass through, with the exception of violet light and the spectral range of UV-A and infrared light.

This means that content stored in Miron violet glass stay in optimum condition longer and the glass also preserves the dynamic energy of what is stored inside.

The appreciation people have for the special protective qualities of violet glass can be traced back to the heyday of ancient Egyptian civilization. Even then, valuable essences and healing natural products were kept in gold and violet glass containers.

Even with the alchemists during the middle ages there are signs that people of that time were aware of the special quality the shimmering violet glass had. The advancing industrialization and the emergence of new packaging materials meant that violet glass faded into obscurity during the last hundred years.

The bottles distinguishes itself by its high quality and offers our alchemical fragrance oils optimal protection against the harmful effects of light. Furthermore, Miron glass increases the shelf life of our oils and prolongs their potency.
