How to use these Alchemical Salts?

Add about 200 grams of Sacred Space Bath Salts to running bath water and soak in the bath for 20 minutes. Do this once a week.
Expect fluid release as the toxicity is pulled out of the body, for the next two days. Drink at least 1 liter of water each day, since you will be urinating and perspiring more. This assists with premenstrual water retention as well.

How to use it without a bath?

Mix about 100 grams of Sacred Space Bath Salts with a tablespoon of shower gel or liquid soap and massage into the skin. Rinse well. Create a footbath by mixing 100 grams of bath salts in a basin of warm water and soak for ten minutes. This will ease fatigue, as well bring the cellular repair the alchemy provides.
