Our Alchemical oils are custom made. It may be that the colour and consistency of the oil varies between different supplies and different oils.

The Not satisfied – Money back guarantee at Geuren Alchemie makes absolutely sure that delivered products correspond to the agreement and comply with the description provided on the website. Geuren Alchemie will refund the full order amount within 14 days in the event a product is damaged or cannot be replaced.

In case of incorrect delivery Geuren Alchemie will, on receipt of the returned, unused and undamaged products, ensure an expeditious free replacement. The cost of returning the item will be reimbursed by Geuren Alchemie.
